Why look at Roots Three Times in Strip-Till?
Our agronomist scrambled and finished the last of four for you to have access to. We are geared up at the Orthman Research Farm to be strip-tilling and planting here very soon in this last aprt of April. Mike says this is a bit shorter than the others. He does give us ideas to consider why looking at roots have credible and great information to assist in evaluating your crop each year. Even post-mordem root digs offer clues to a crops value and what could be done different for a better crop next year.
Download and read this 4 page report. Thanks for keeping track of what we are doing to prove and explain strip-tillage at the Orthman Research Farm in south central Nebraska.
